TECHWIND company was established in 1987 and has been operating under its current name since 1991. Since the beginning of its existence, the company has been operating in the elevator industry. Initially, it was only the assembly of domestically produced elevators. Over time, the range of services and devices offered was expanded to keep up with market requirements. The company’s activities include production, delivery, assembly and service of lifting equipment.
We supply elevators for various applications. Starting from small goods lifts and passenger lifts to large goods and passenger lifts, truck elevators and elevators for special applications: including: hospital lifts and theater stage change lifts. Additionally, we specialize in the installation of escalators, moving walkways and platforms for disabled people.
The passenger elevators we offer are characterized by high efficiency and operational reliability, which translates into a longer service life compared to competitive solutions.
The company also produces marine elevators.The conditions at sea place high demands on the quality of work performed and staff qualifications (employees with ABS, DNV, PRS, LR qualifications). We cooperate with domestic and foreign shipyards in the delivery and assembly of elevators. Our elevators are found on ships sailing off the coast of Greenland, Turkey, England and Norway.
When designing elevators, we pay attention not only to functionality and reliability, but also to modern appearance and attractive finish.An example of this type of passenger elevators are the so-called panoramic elevators. They are distinguished by a special design, which is characterized by a glass structure and an open shaft. Solutions of this type look best primarily in modern office buildings, museums and shopping malls.
Our offer includes both electric and hydraulic lifts. The solutions we currently use are based on microprocessor technology and VVVF drives with smooth speed control. The elevator control is each time adapted to the individual customer requirements (including access control, monitoring, remote control, information about faults), which is an ideal solution dedicated to the so-called intelligent buildings with centralized facility management systems (BMS).
We have used all our experience to create a rich assortment staff. We are currently implementing a project financed by EU funds, thanks to which we are in the process of introducing new, previously unavailable solutions to the market.

When receiving an inquiry from a client, the offer department employees create a description of the offer, check the requirements and consult the details with the design department. Thanks to high-quality project management systems, the customer is kept informed about any changes in the offer and the prepared installation contract.
From the moment the contract is signed, the design department can start designing and ordering the necessary elements. The works manager is sent to the site to check the installation site.
Production is ordered by the design department. The production manager, having at his disposal a modern machine park and an integrated hall management system, establishes a task plan based on the received documentation and orders the production of individual elements of the device.
After production and preparation of the device control, the elements are delivered to the installation site. The client will prepare the work front so that an assembly team can be sent to the site. After completing the installation, the device is started up.
After completing the installation, the design department commissions a notified body to perform conformity assessment and registration of the device. Then, together with the client, we carry out final acceptance.
The maintenance service is a legally regulated contract that guarantees the safe operation of the elevator. In Poland, this is an obligation imposed on the owner of the elevator and is carried out by a qualified elevator company in the form of monthly inspections of the equipment. In our monitoring center, we control several hundred objects under maintenance throughout the country. We use the latest telecommunications solutions to shorten the response time to a minimum. The service, however, is performed ad hoc (free of charge during the warranty period) regardless of the maintenance service.
